Many people get angry when Christians give a political opinion. They believe Christians should have no say in the way Australia is run, despite the fact we are taxpayers and make up 60% of society.
They quote 'separation of church and state' as justification for their bigotry, demanding Christians keep their opinions to themselves.
They ignore the fact that Christian values saturate the process of law in Australia, from the Constitution to the court room, and will continue to be the basis of law.
It is amusing to note that the hateful vilification of Christianity over the past couple of years has been the catalyst for the great number of Christians now standing as candidates in the coming elections.
Thank you, vilifiers, you have woken the sleeping giant!
